I agree that by submitting this document that I will hold Sleepy Hollow Farm, Bartels' Enterprises, its employees or assigns harmless for damages or injuries that may occur as a result of my stay at Sleepy Hollow Farm. I also agree that I will be responsible for my group and any damage that may result form their actions - intended or not.
